Terms and Conditions

The following information provides a guide to how The Clic Store handles Shipping, Returns and Warranty Claims. Please read this information as it forms an important part of the Terms & Conditions you agree to when you purchase via this store.

We appreciate that there are certain situations that require special attention and just like the individual nature of our products, we prefer to handle each enquiry on an individual basis.

Note: The Clic Store is purely an on-line store and as such does not offer telephone sales nor provide telephone support.


SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some international destinations. If unsure, the shopping cart will advise.

We ship once per week via e-Parcel, which includes a tracking facility.

We do not take responsibility for the goods once they leave the warehouse and are in the hands of the postal service. If a parcel does not arrive in an expected time frame then it is up to you, the purchaser, to contact the postal service for an enquiry into the whereabouts of that parcel.

If you require an item urgently please contact us by email info@theclicstore.com PRIOR to placing your order and we will organise the most appropriate type of freight for you and provide you with a customised invoice for payment.

RETURNS POLICY

  1. You may exchange most new, unopened items, within 7 days of delivery, less all shipping costs. So, if you have changed your mind or made a mistake about the colour or model, then you may exchange the product, so long as it has not been used and so long as ALL the original packaging, tags etc, are in place and undamaged.

    NOTE: Please make a careful selection to avoid this process. Customers outside of Australia please pay particular attention to the 7-day exchange policy.
  2. No refunds will be entered into.
  3. You will need to contact us before you send the goods back. You will need to fill in the Returns Authorisation (RA) form in this section. This RA number must be written clearly on the outside of the package when you return the goods.

  4. You will need to pay the postage to return the item(s), unless the return is a result of an error on our part, i.e., the wrong item was sent to you or the product was defective. In these situations we will pay to have the goods returned to us and we will also pay the postage to send you a replacement.

  5. You will need to pay the postage to ship your exchanged item(s) back to you.


WARRANTY

  1. The Clic Store warrants its products for 12 months for the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship. This warranty covers all defects encountered in normal use of the product by the owner and does not apply to damage due to mishandling during transportation, misuse, excessive wear and tear or uses for which the product was not intended; abuse, alteration, accident, commercial use or if the product has been repaired by someone other than the warrantor.
  2. In no event will The Clic Store be responsible for consequential or incidental damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on the product.
  3. The Clic Store will assess each warranty claim on an individual basis. At our discretion we will repair or replace, at our option, at no charge, a defective product, provided it is returned through the Returns Authorisation process, with proof of purchase.
  4. Click here to fill in the Returns Authorisation Form and apply for an RA number. Please note that goods received without an RA number will not be accepted. These goods will be returned to the Sender.
